In 1993, Todd created The Real Estate Library, a publishing company dedicated
to providing accurate, high-quality real estate information to home buyers and
investors.
In 1994, he published, “How to Buy and Profit from Bank Foreclosures,” a beginners’ guide to buying foreclosed properties, the first foreclosure course to be taught in a popular real estate school. Over the years, his company has published important articles that are relied on as source material for hundreds of web sites, including Yahoo! Real Estate.
Responding to the demand for accurate foreclosure data, his company published foreclosed property listings in print format from 1993 to 1997. The company then converted itself to an online data publishing enterprise. Today, his company operates 21 company-owned foreclosure websites and more than dozen others for his partners.
